The Listing is divided into 6 columns, " Reference Testimony ", " Date of the Observation ", " Type(Chap) of Phenomenon ", "Photo", "City" and "Country".
A simple click on the title of one of its columns will allow you to classify all your Index cards(Forms) by orders, either Alphabetical, or by Date.
You wish to find a testimony in particular, you just have to click Magnifying glasses being next to the titles(securities) of Columns, and to begin to type, the Software settling comfortably automatically on the corresponding data, that is letters, or figures for dates.
You will notice that only the reference of Testimony is visible on this screen, allowing to remain anonymous of your Witnesses(Batons).
You also have the possibility of making a "right click" on the Listing, which will have the effect of opening the pull-down menu allowing you to export your Listing towards a File |

|   La Saisie d'un Nouveau Témoignage (Lieu d'Observation)** The seizure of a New Testimony is rather instinctive, Voila how to proceed...
The first stage amounts to give a Reference " to your Testimony. As we saw him(it), the fact of classifying the Testimonies in this way allows to remain anonymous of your Witnesses(Batons).
Then, you enter the Date of the Observation, the Date of the Recording, but you can added an additional Date in case of modification of index card(form).
Come then the selection of your Witness(Baton)... No panic, if you do not still have creates its index card(form), you can make him(it) from here, without having to close and to begin again your Testimony. By clicking the small (Selective) "Triangle" to the right, you open the index card(form) of the Listing of Witnesses(Batons), and you have the possibility of clicking "NEW" to create him(it). Once the elements of the validated Witness(Baton), its Name will display in the input field.
It's the same for the selection of the Type(Chap) of Phenomenon ", as well as for the Selection of " Modèle ".

The hour and Duration the Observation, Weather report, Wind, Position of the Moon, so many elements important for a possible search(research) for correlations with the passage of a Satellite, for an Atmospheric Entrance(Entry), or for a Planet being in the field of vision at this moment.
The possibility of adding a " Meteo Precision " will allow you to notify the Conditions of specific orders not appearing in choices proposés. |

By clicking the text field, a Menu will bustle to allow you to use the options of a Word processor, to Change the color of the important elements for example, underlined, get fat(grow), and the other options...
Be not afraid of filling(performing) with a maximum of detail, the input field which can welcome 10 000 caractères. |

Indeed, he(it) is always interesting to be able to determine the exact place or found the Witness(Baton) during the Observation, as well as sense(direction) of his(her,its) field of vision.
These photos, taken of day allow to obtain better one appreciation of the distances, as well as a mark face to face of the relief of the ground...
They also allow to determine better if a possible error with a Celestial body or a Human Phenomenon could be at the origin of this Observation.
In the Input field, you can notify the elements which draw your attention concerning these clichés. |

|  La Saisie d'un Nouveau Témoignage (Photos du Témoin) You can integrate(join) into your Database Photos taken by the Witness(Baton), by clicking the Button PHOTO, situated under every Field planned for that purpose.
In mode(fashion) consultation, a click on a photo will open him(it) in full screen.
Photos used in your Index cards(Forms) are integrated(joined) into your Database, you cannot thus erase them of your computer inadvertently, unless using the "Bouton X situated in quoted(esteemed) by the Button "Photo", which will have the effect of deleting(eliminating) immediately the cliché. |
| | | | | La Saisie d'un Nouveau Témoignage (Interview) |  You have the possibility of associating in your Testimony a Video or audio file, that is an interview realized with one or several Witnesses(Batons), or a Video taken during the Observation of the Phenomenon...
- attention!!! Files Videos or Audio are not integrated(joined) into the Database. Only the access path(road) and Memorized(Stored). If you delete(eliminate) the Video or The audio of your record(disk), the recording will be lost ...-
I deeply advise(recommend) you to create a directory on your computer to store Videos and the Audio Documents there.
The reason of this method is simple, him(it) shall become fast difficult to be able to protect your Database with elements as Videos or of the Audio, because of their poids. |

Mark the corresponding compartments concerning the Human body, and register in the input field the details of his(her,its) Changes...
Also think in possible of Changes of Material orders, as power cut, track on the ground, the behavior of animals disputes |

Finally, You have the possibility of adding your comment staffs concerning this Testimony, not so as to forget some years later, an important detail |
